Facility information
TITC - Technology Innovation Transfer Chamber - building is located on Purkyňova street, within VUT Brno Campus, in close proximity of CEITEC - Central European Institute of Technology, regional research centers AdMaS and NETME and VUT Brno´s faculties. For the candidates interested in settlement, there are fully equipped office spaces, chemical and heavy laboratories and storage spaces available. Provided that the required conditions are met, the business incubator´s spaces can be used in an advantaged mode.

Office space
The office spaces of various acreage are prepared for instant use. Every room is, besides the furniture, also equipped with air-conditioning and electrically controlled external blinds. Based on client´s needs, the rented space can be also equipped with IT technology (PC, notebook, printers). Connectivity and data transfer are ensured by the high-speed data network.

Laboratories
Laboratory spaces are prepared for rent in several standards and equipment. There are chemical laboratories for the routine laboratory activities, clean laboratories with the increased environment´s purity and heavy laboratories with a possibility of placing the technology of larger sizes or weight.
B laboratory - chemical
Equipment: 2 laboratory desk, media wall, safety shower, 2 digestor, cupboard for acids and alkalis, laboratory furniture. Station for DEMI-water production.
Gas distribution: compressed air, vacuum, shelf distribution of methane and nitrogen, local distribution of two more technical gases.
C laboratory - clean
Equipment: laboratory desk, digestor, laboratory furniture, laminar box with a purity class ISO5, safety shower.
Gas distribution: compressed air, vacuum, shelf distribution of methane and nitrogen, local distribution of two more technical gases. The area purity class ISO8, material and personnel entry filter.
D laboratory - heavy
Equipment: antistatic floor, three-phase sockets 400V, drain. Area suitable for location of heavy mechanical and technical equipment with an increased demand on load capacity and operating comfort .
Storage space
Storage space is equipped with a rack system for documents archiving or for material and supply´s storage.
